Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds—simple steps, timelines, and who to contact if something isn’t right.

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number/receipt.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene/safety and product integrity, the following can’t be returned:

  • Opened or partially used waterslide transfer sheets or other consumables

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”


How to start a return (RMA required)

  1. Email support@heraldic-studio.com with your order #, the item(s), and the reason.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Pack items securely, include the RMA, and ship using a trackable service.

Returns sent without an RMA or past the return window may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal/card) within 3–10 business days after processing.

  • If an item is not in its original condition (opened, used, missing parts), we may deny the refund or apply a reasonable deduction to cover loss of value.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged on arrival, or if we shipped the wrong product. Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement. For a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email support@heraldic-studio.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right—replacement or refund (including reasonable shipping where it’s our error).


Shipping costs & responsibility

  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is paid by you and original shipping is non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, we may deduct our actual shipping cost on non-fault returns.

  • Until we receive your parcel, it’s your responsibility—please use a tracked service.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen a refund yet:

  1. Check your PayPal/account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing can take a few days).

  3. If it’s still missing, email us with your order #.


International returns

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Mark the parcel “Returned goods” to avoid additional charges on our side.


Unclaimed/undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we can reship (additional postage applies). If you prefer a refund, it will be minus our actual shipping cost.


Gifts

If a gift was shipped directly to you, approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit (if requested and available).
